WHY ARE THERE NO QUANTITIES LISTED?

Due to the limited quantities of our exclusive novelty items. There are purchase restrictions.

There is upon special approval, the ability to purchase more than one of a specific item.  Unless it has been archived, then approval needs to be granted by its creator (if quantities are available).

You will be notified on the approval or disapproval of your order request.


Note: Not all exclusive novelty goods can be shipped outside of the USA. 

SHIPPING COSTS

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

(Prices below are in USD and are dependent on the weight and destination of address)


USA: $3.99 - $11.99 (Reduced or Free Shipping for most items in the USA)

Europe, UK, EFTA States, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, International (Worldwide): $6.99 - $54.00


Note: Not all novelty goods can be shipped outside of the USA. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

It can take 1–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days


Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!


Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at kobblestones@gmail.com with your order number. 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ORDER REQUEST SUBMITTED AND APPROVED?

WE MANUALLY PROCESS ALL OF OUR ORDER REQUESTS.

When processing an Order Request, it is on a First-Come - First-Served Basis.

But what is this needs APPROVED thing?

Since we ship internationally, there are (at times) product restrictions in some countries and/or limited shipping available to ship to select destinations. (some of the product restrictions are due to products not being allowed to be shipped, let alone even enter some countries)

So APPROVAL is needed to confirm that there are not any restrictions on the selected Exclusive Novelty Items.  In addition, there maybe additional restrictions that were placed on the products either by us and/or directly from a custom request or a client.    

You will be notified on the approval or disapproval of your order request.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER REQUEST

1- After your submission, we will review your order request for approval. (see FAQ "What do you mean by order request submitted and approved"


2- If the novelty item has not met its quantity limit; we will move on to step 3. 

If however, the novelty item has met its quantity limit or there are restrictions due to country destination; you will receive an email response stating its unavailability or possible alternatives if they are available (but, only if you opted in).


3- If there are variations available for the novelty item; you will be sent an email with the available options (unless you have specifically  chosen your option(s) in the Order Request form).

Then upon receiving your confirmation of options/variations, you will be sent an invoice from PayPal.


4- Pay the invoice with/thru PayPal and then your order will be created and processed.


5- You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY LIMITED SHIPPING? 

If a novelty item mentions Limited Shipping. It usually means that the novelty item can only be shipped to the following countries.

We say usually, because this list can change from time to time; as it is under vendor/manufacturer control; not rnrlife.design. 


United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey. 


If your shipping address is outside these countries, we will not be able to fulfill your order if approved.



HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at care@rnrlife.design 


WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY UNAVAILABLE - LIMIT REACHED?

If you have come across the (Unavailable - Limit Reached) notice on some of our novelty goods; it simply means that the limit agreed upon for production has been met. 


NOTE: If you submit an order request for an item tagged with (Unavailable - Limit Reached), there is no guarantee that item will be approved for another production.  However, sometimes approval may be granted, but only for shipping addresses in the United States. Again, there is no guarantee the item tagged will be granted another production.




RETURNS POLICY

​Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.


Wrong Address - If the provided address for delivery is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

If you haven't registered an account on rnrlife.design and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

rnrlife.design does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks or other like products won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.


Returning a Product - Contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not offer exchanges except for misprinted/damaged/defective items. If accepted, the return withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.


Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore rnrlife.design reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY LIMITED EDITION?

Limited Edition means that we will only produce a certain number of our exclusive premium products.


As an example, take our "Cows on the Lam Canvas" print, there will only be 50 allowed of this print (including all various sizes). After which it will be moved to our archive and ending its first printing. 


NOTE:

At this time, we do not know when or if second printings of past products will be made available. Since many of our past products that are no longer available on the rnrlife.design site, were restricted printings from custom requests. Check News & Updates for the latest goings on.


HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We work with several print-on-demand manufacturers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!


I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

​We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at care@rnrlife.design within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN A CUSTOM REQUEST ?

Concerning illegal Content

rnrlife.design will not accept requests/submissions that depict child pornography or obscene requests/submissions that depict, promote or praise crimes, illegal or otherwise harmful activities, terrorism and/or individuals, groups or organizations promoting any of the aforementioned.


Concerning Hateful Content

rnrlife.design is proud to serve our customers from around the world. We value tolerance, understanding, and respect. We have a zero tolerance for requests/submissions that express hatred towards or attacks on any person, group and/or their protected characteristics (such as but not limited to age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability). We will NOT accept this sort of custom request/submission.

rnrlife.design reserves the right to refuse any request or submission at its discretion.


WHAT TYPE OF INK DO YOU USE?

DTG products
For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Sublimation products
We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.

Phone cases
We use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 ink for phone cases. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means the ink meets the gold certification for building materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Posters
For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Other non-apparel products
For mugs, we use Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink. For selected non-apparel products, stickers, and canvas, we use EPSON SC80610/80600 ink. For tumblers and water bottles, we use UV-DL Ink.


WHAT COLORS ARE THERE FOR T-SHIRTS?

Not all colors are available in all locations.

Some Custom Requests are Restricted to Select Colors. i.e. Only Available in Black.

HOW DO WE PROCESS A CUSTOM REQUEST?

The Steps for Fulfillment of a Custom Request.

1 - Submit your Custom Request through our Contact Us Form.

2 - We review your Custom Request to make sure it does not violate our policies. 

3 - Then we will reach out to you with our approval or disapproval of the Custom Request.

4 - If approved, we may make reach for more details before we begin. This might include, asking about what type of product that you would might like it to be printed on, colors if applicable,  personal images you might want included (images may not violate our policies) and other production questions.

5 - Once we have all the necessary information for the Custom Request; we will begin the creation of your Custom Request.  Note: This can take from 1 business day up to 3 weeks;  depending on how many Custom Requests are currently ahead of you.  They are processed on a first-come first-served basis.

6 - After the creation of your Custom Request, we will send you mock-ups via email for your approval or disapproval. If you approved, we will move forward to the next step. If not approved, we will go back to the drawing board to adjust/edit as necessary. 

7 - We will publish your Custom Request to our site. Note: If you chose production of your Custom Request, we will send you an invoice to be paid with PayPal.

Our Promo Codes are given directly to clients, an assigned to their email and name.


So you will not find our Promo Codes on coupon sites or anywhere else on the internet.

(none that are valid)


Attempts to use Promo Codes that were not assigned to you will invalidate your Order Request.

(It is also at our discretion to ban you from future Order Requests; since taking and using something that belongs to another is theft.)
